As per our Affiliate Policy, here are the affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Misrepresenting our products or services or making false claims
  • Using spam or unsolicited emails to promote Ailtra.ai
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices to generate referrals

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for violations of this policy or any other reason deemed appropriate. If your account is terminated, you will forfeit all accrued but unpaid commissions.

Modification of Policy

We may update or modify this Affiliate Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly to stay informed of any updates.

Relationship of Parties

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of Ailtra.ai. As per our Affiliate Policy, this agreement does not create any joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship between us.
